This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies for identifying top talent. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Experience - 2 to 6 Months
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
