Job Description

Dhanguard, a leading business and banking setup consultancy based in Dubai, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Advisors for Tele Sales to join our India office team. As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our consultancy services via telephone communication. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the consultancy or banking sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Dhanguard's consultancy services and assess their business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress.
